INSTRUCTIONS 

Pour chilled Raspberry Habanero Sauce into a glass with a sugared rim. Top with sparkling wine or sparkling water.

INSTRUCTIONS 

Shake together 1 to 2 ounces of Salsa Verde with lemon juice, your spirit of choice and ice. Strain into a glass and top with club soda.

Shake together all ingredients with ice. Strain into a glass over ice.

INSTRUCTIONS 

For a smoother texture, blend together the Salsa Verde and horseradish. Mix together with the vodka and serve in a glass rimmed with ground morita and salt and topped with shrimp, cucumbers, celery or green onions.

BACON BLOODY MARY

INSTRUCTIONS 

Slightly warm the Bacon Marmalade and shake or stir into a bottle of vodka. Let it infuse for about a day. Strain the vodka, discarding the extracted Bacon Marmalade, and use the vodka in your Bloody Mary Recipe.
