Serving Suggestions:
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Place diced pre-cooked chicharrones in a hotel pan, cover with chicken broth and Salsa Verde.
Roast for 4 hours or until the chicharrónes are tender and falling apart. Taste and season with salt as needed.
Serve with the Spanish Rice, a side of Vegetarian Refried Pinto Beans and a lime wedge. Top with crumbled cotija, onion, and cilantro. This can also be served as street tacos.

Serving Suggestion
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Place the roast in a hotel pan, cover with beef broth and top with sliced onions and Red Chile Sauce.
Roast for 4 hours or until the chuck roast is tender and falling apart.
Once cooked, strain the meat from the broth and shred.
Serve the broth as a dipping sauce and use the birria meat in quesadillas, tacos, French dip or even carne pizza. Top with crumbled cotija, diced onion, cilantro and lime. Can be served as a complete entree with Spanish Rice and Vegetarian Refried Pinto Beans.
