Easily combine our Red Chile Sauce with beef and marinate for up to 48 hours. Combine beef and sauce mixture with stock or water, add halved onion, optional bay leaves and garlic cloves and transfer to a pan, wrap and braise until tender. Once cooked, strain the meat of the broth and shred. To finish the strained consommé, consider adding hominy or chickpeas, diced onion, cilantro or lime juice.
