Easy Truffle Pasta

It takes many ingredients to make a luscious cheese sauce and then finish it with a grating of black truffles for a stunning truffle pasta menu item. BUT it can be easy and requires just a few ingredients if our Alfredo Sauce or Aged White Cheese Sauce is used. Toss the cheese sauce with hot pasta, grate black truffle table-side for a fun presentation, and top with a sprinkle of cheese.

Black Truffle

Pasta

Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino Romano Fulvi
