California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure
Ready Foods is a world-class company dedicated to preparing safe, consistent, high-quality food for its valued customers while maintaining full legal compliance and integrity. As an employee-
centered, family-owned business, we are committed to operational excellence and the continued advancement of our community for the next 50 years and beyond.
Our suppliers play a critical role in helping us deliver on this promise. Only through strong partnerships can we create the best food solution experience. We seek partnerships with businesses that share our core values and actively uphold the dignity and rights of workers across the supply chain.
In accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (CTSCA), we disclose our efforts to eliminate slavery and human trafficking across five key areas:
1. Verification
We assess our direct supply chain relationships with a focus on trust, transparency, and shared values. While we do not currently conduct formal third-party verification of our suppliers, we do:
Require suppliers to acknowledge and comply with our Partner Responsibility Commitment
Evaluate supplier risk based on geography, industry, and sourcing history
Maintain open communication with suppliers to address concerns and reinforce expectations
We are actively exploring scalable enhancements to our verification process as our operations grow.
2. Audits
We do not currently conduct independent audits of our suppliers specific to human trafficking or slavery risk. Instead, we focus on:
Clear contractual expectations through our Partner Responsibility Commitment
Ongoing supplier engagement and documentation reviews
Reserving the right to request additional information or conduct site visits in response to credible reports or risk indicators
We are committed to increasing oversight as our operations expand.
3. Certification
All direct suppliers are required to certify that:
Their operations comply with all applicable laws regarding human trafficking, slavery, and forced labor
They adhere to our Partner Responsibility Commitment, which outlines expectations for fair labor, safe working conditions, and ethical sourcing
This certification is a condition of doing business with us and is reviewed every five years.
4. Internal Accountability
We maintain internal policies that prohibit the use of forced labor, child labor, or human trafficking in any part of our business. To support accountability:
Our Partner Responsibility Commitment is embedded in our procurement process
Employees and contractors who violate our standards may face disciplinary action, including termination of employment or business contract
We encourage open communication and ethical decision-making across all levels of our organization
5. Training
We provide targeted annual training to employees and management who have direct responsibility for supply chain management. This training is designed to raise awareness of human trafficking and slavery risks and to equip employees with the tools to identify and mitigate such risks within our supply chains.
Our training covers:
• An overview of the CTSCA and its legal requirements
• Identification of human trafficking and forced labor risks in global supply chains
• Development of internal compliance programs and accountability systems
• Best practices for supplier verification, auditing, and certification
• Employee education strategies and public disclosure obligations
This training ensures our team is equipped to uphold our values and remain informed and proactive in maintaining ethical sourcing practices.
6. Reporting Concerns
Ready Foods is committed to transparency and accountability across our supply chain. We provide a confidential reporting channel for employees, suppliers, and stakeholders to raise concerns related to labor practices, human trafficking, or ethical sourcing. Reports are reviewed promptly and routed to the appropriate team for resolution.
To report a concern, please use our Confidential Reporting Channel.
This disclosure describes our current efforts as of November 2025. Ready Foods is committed to continuous improvement in our supply chain practices and may update these efforts over time.
