  • Shelf life.

    Cases of our frozen products are made with a 6-month shelf life. Once thawed, but unopened, most products can be kept in the fridge for up to 30 days, if it has been held at the correct refrigerated temperature, about 37° F. Once opened, please check with your local health department on proper storage guidelines.

    If you think a case of our product in your fridge or freezer is past its 6-month shelf life, you can always contact us to confirm or with any questions.

    Our frozen items are labeled with a manufactured-on date.

    Our fresh items, like Mac & Cheese, are made with a 60-day shelf life and labeled with a best-by date.
