Salsa Shaved Ice

Have you seen the fruit shaved ice? It has gone viral on TikTok! Simply take frozen fruit and grate it on a microplane or cheese grater. Top with fresh fruit a chocolate or caramel drizzle and you have a refreshing dessert.
This trend has inspired us! Why not a salsa shaved ice?

We froze our Morita Salsa and grated it into a classic snow cone. Then we took frozen cubes of our Queso and grated some on top for a finishing garnish.

Is your establishment more fine dining? We thought of you too! Freeze the queso in silicone mold and plate it with shaved Morita Salsa and cilantro garnish.
