Mango & Black Bean Salsa Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Ready Foods Black Beans - #7113
Mango or pineapple
Red onion
Jalapeños
Red bell pepper
Cilantro
Lime juice
Salt and pepper

SERVING SUGGESTION 

Place our Black Beans in a strainer and rinse until the liquid in the bag runs off. Combine the diced fruit, vegetables and black beans and season. Serve this beautifully balanced salsa with grilled chicken, tortilla chips, seafood dishes, or on top of a vegetarian quesadilla or burrito.
