Ready Foods Return Policy

Dear Valued Customer,

As a general rule, we do not accept product returns. We understand that sometimes issues arise with the products you purchase from us, and we are committed to providing excellent customer service to address any concerns you may have. To ensure a smooth and efficient process for returning a product with a quality issue, we have established the following procedure:

1. If you encounter any quality issues with our products or wish to initiate a return, please contact your Sales Representative. They will communicate your complaint or reason for the return to our Quality Assurance (QA) Director and obtain a Returned Product Authorization. We cannot accept any return without a Returned Product Authorization.

2. Our QA Director will work with your Sales Representative to approve the return of the product. They will then communicate the return to both Shipping & Receiving (S&R) and the QA team. If a credit is requested, the QA Director will ensure approval, and they will also determine the suggested disposition for the product once it is received.

3. Our QA Technicians will inspect all returned products. They will verify the physical amounts of the returned products with what is stated in your Returned Product Notification letter. Additionally, they will inspect the products for any signs of temperature abuse and place hold tags if necessary.

4. When your returned product reaches our facility, our Shipping and Receiving Clerks will promptly call the QA Technician for inspection. They will perform a thorough truck inspection, obtain a signed Returned Product Notification from you, verify the receiving amounts, and send out a Hold Notification as required.

Please note returns without quality issues may incur a restocking fee.
